Do you think what should take or avoid foods if you or your love caught flu??

Loss of appetite is a common feature during sick or after convalescence.

4. Sometimes take oatmeal

5. Should involve green leafy vegetables in your meals

1. Alcohol, Beers

2. Fatty foods

3. Sweet drinks and juices with high sugar content

4. Preserved foods
